I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to our members for the patience and trust they exhibited in Wellness Federal Credit Union during the numerous changes implemented in 2020. As part of the covid-19 CDC recommendations, we asked members to adhere to our branch restrictions and to adjust to the temporary closing of our Newington branch. Amid the Covid changes, we also introduced a new online banking and mobile app platform that required members to set up new login credentials. Although the new platforms were well received by members, we all know, change can be a source of frustration. We appreciate your patience in adapting to the new platforms and your overall flexibility and understanding throughout 2020.
I would also like to recognize the staff at Wellness Federal Credit Union for their hard work and dedication in 2020. Similar to other essential workers, our staff is required to report to work every day and make our facility safe so that we can continue to serve our members during the pandemic.
In addition to dealing with covid-19, the staff had to train and learn our new core operating system, mobile app, and online banking platform as well as work through a debit card conversion this past November. Throughout all the challenges of the past year, our employees worked hard to continue providing our members the high-quality, personal service you have come to expect.
