Before the Conversion

Our current online banking systems will be available until 4 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2020. After that time, online and mobile banking will be unavailable until the new platform is launched on June 1. We suggest logging in prior to the upgrade period to check balances and print/save e-statements. Statements from prior to conversion will not be available in the new online banking platform.

Online Banking Enrollment

ALL MEMBERS WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS. THAT INCLUDES MEMBERS WHO WERE ENROLLED IN THE OLD MOBILE BANKING PLATFORM. ENROLLMENT IS ONLY REQUIRED ONCE (EITHER ON MOBILE OR DESKTOP). USE SAME CREDENTIALS FOR ONLINE BANKING AND MOBILE APP. It is expected that on June 1, our new online banking system will be available. We have prepared a detailed ENROLLMENT GUIDE to help you enroll/re-enroll in online banking.

To enroll you will need to know the following information we have on record for the account:

• The 10-digit account/member number (no leading zeroes) of the account you wish to enroll
• The social security number on the account to be enrolled
• The date of birth on the account to be enrolled
• The email address on the account to be enrolled (you will need access to this email)

Please take a minute now to update the information we have on record.

OB Enrollment Guide
Online Banking Login – NEW

You will need to login using your Online banking Login ID and password that you created during the enrollment process.

The new online banking site is accessible via the NEW log in box available June 1 at the top of our website (wellnessfcu.org).  As of June 1, the old url will no longer be active.

Online Banking Functions – NEW

Our new online banking platform will offer you enhanced features and a more user-friendly navigation. You can view your accounts and their history*, make transfers and export your account information to a file. You can retrieve your forgotten password, change your login ID and setup alerts. Below is summary of the functions:

  • Home Page
    This page displays your accounts, available and current balances. Plus it’s the entry point to select the function you wish to complete.
  • Account Information
    Use the Account Tab to view all of your accounts, as well as the available and current balance.You can drill-down to more details about the selected account, by clicking on the account. In addition, you can:

    • Specify a date range to display details
    • Search for a specific date or transaction amount
    • Export the account information to a .csv file or other formats

*NOTE: Transaction history is only available from June 1, 2020 forward.

  • Transfers
    Use the Transfer Tab to transfer funds from one account to another. Now you can select a transfer date in the future and schedule recurring transfer. You can even transfer to the WFCU account belonging to a family member or friend.
  • Other
    Use the Settings Tab to change your online banking password, your login ID and your account descriptions.
    Use the Alerts Tab to set up various alerts, including balance, check cleared, loan payment.
    Use the Message Tab to send and receive secure messages from WFCU staff.

We are confident that you will benefit from the new and much-improved look and function of our online banking platforms.

MOBILE BANKING APP

MB Enrollment Guide

Starting on June 1, to access the new app:

  • Apple devices – current app users will be required to update the WFCU app and this will automatically load the new app. First time mobile banking app users: the new mobile app may be found by searching for “Wellness Federal Credit Union” in the Apple App Store. On June 1, we will add the direct link to download our free mobile app here.
  • Android users – you must delete the old mobile app and download the new app on the Google Play Store. The new mobile app may be found by searching for “Wellness Federal Credit Union” in the Google Play Store. On June 1, we will add the direct link to download our free mobile app here.

Regardless of the type of mobile device, members will be required to complete the mobile re-enrollment process.

Mobile Banking Login – NEW

You will need to login using your mobile banking Login ID and password that you created during the enrollment process.

Mobile Banking Functions – NEW

Our new mobile banking app offers easy-to-use navigation and screens specifically designed for smartphone users. And log in is a breeze with Fingerprint ID and Facial Recognition (available on biometric equipped devices). Features on the mobile app will allow you to:

  1. Monitor accounts
  2. View balance information
  3. View detailed transaction history
  4. Transfer funds – (now you can transfer to a another members’ account)
  5. View e-statements
  6. Pay bills
  7. Deposit checks (no additional login required)
  8. Place freeze on debit card
  9. Apply for a loan
  10. Send a secure message
  11. Locate a surcharge free ATM

The app allows members to bank with complete confidence from any location
because it is built with advanced encryption technology to prevent unauthorized access.

We are confident you will be pleased with the new and much-improved mobile app.

STATEMENTS

After May 29, members will not have online access to e-statements stored in current online banking platform. Please print/save your statements for your records.

In early June, May statements will be mailed via USPS for free to all members, including those currently enrolled in e-statements. Please save these for record keeping. May e-statements will not be available for online viewing.

Post conversion, members may enroll in e-statement delivery as part of the online banking enrollment. June e-statements will be loaded at the beginning of July. We will waive the paper statement fee for June and July to give members the opportunity to enroll.

PRODUCT CHANGES

Savings Accounts – We’ve eliminated the minimum requirement to earn interest on share/certificate accounts.

Checking Accounts – We’ve streamlined the checking account products. There is only one type of checking account offered and there is no fee, no minimum balance or direct deposit required.

ATMs – We’ve revamped our ATM policy. As of June 1, members have unlimited FREE cash withdrawals at WFCU and CO-OP ATM terminals. All other ATMs will incur $2.50/transaction fee.

OTHER CHANGES

TELESTAT Automated Telephone System – to be permanently discontinued on May 29.

ID Scan – with the new core data system we will be scanning members drivers license or other form of ID when you conduct an in-branch transaction.
