Letter from the CEO
I am pleased to inform you that Wellness Federal Credit Union is converting to a new core operating system on June 1, 2020. The core system is the computer data base that we utilize to conduct transactions and maintain member information. This new system will allow us to process transactions faster, provide enhanced security, and deliver a complete upgrade to our online and mobile banking platforms.
The new core system will greatly enhance how we service you, our members. This CONVERSION section is filled with important information about the improvements you will notice and how you can prepare. Please familiarize yourself with the content and check back for updates.
While the planning and implementation of this core conversion will happen behind the scenes, there will be times when it will impact some of the services you may use, specifically on the days leading up to the conversion. Please see table below with important dates and tips to plan.
In preparation for the conversion, we communicated via mail and email key information about the changes and the impact to our services and your account. If you did not receive these communications, please give us a call or send us an email at email@example.com.
NOTE: You will need to access your current email address on file to re-enroll in the new online banking platform. Please take a minute now to update the contact information we have on record (email, address, phone #, etc.).

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO CONVERSION
|Before May 29||Update Account Information||Please take a minute now to update the contact information we have on record (email, address, phone #, etc.). You will need to access the current email address on file to re-enroll in the new online banking platform. To make changes call 860-547-0027, option #2.|
|Before May 29||Locate Account Number (Member Number)||Please take a minute now to locate your account number (also known as member number). You will need it to enroll/re-enroll in online and mobile banking.|
|May 29 at 4PM - June 1||No access to mobile or online banking.||Please complete all cash withdrawals, online banking transactions, mobile transactions and account transfers prior to 4 p.m. on May 29th. If you need to schedule bill payments you will also need to do so prior to 4p.m. on May 29th. Anything scheduled to be paid prior to close of business (4 p.m.) on this day will process.|
|May 29 at 4PM - June 1||Debit card and ATM transactions will have temporary dollar limits. ||While debit cards will have temporary limits, you will be able to make purchases, but those will be accepted or declined according to stand-in limits which may be different than actual account balances. We encourage members to plan their cash needs in advance. To avoid any NSF fees, please make sure you have an accurate account balance at 4 p.m. on May 29th
and keep a register of any transactions made.
|May 29||Last date to access e-statements on current format. Print/save for your records. ||Paper statements for May will be produced on the old system and mailed via USPS for all members, including those that receive e-statements. May e-statements will not be available to view online.
After May 29, members will not have online access to account transactions or e-statements history available prior to conversion. Please print/save all statements prior to May 29th for your reference.
|June 1||All member account data will be on the new system. Branches are scheduled to open for normal business, as per COVID-19 adjustments.|
|June 1||Re-enroll for online banking and e-statements.||Members are encouraged to enroll/re-enroll in Online Banking or Mobile Banking and verify their account balances and access their future e-statements.|
|June 1||Download/update new mobile banking app.||Members are encouraged to enroll/re-enroll in Online Banking or Mobile Banking and verify their account balances and access their future e-statements.
