We take the health and well-being of our members and staff very seriously. We continue to monitor updates about COVID-19 and are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations and best practices for keeping our facilities safe. Below is an update of branch operations:
- Main Office – Open, but in order to limit the number of people in the lobby, we are requiring members to ring the doorbell and wait for staff.
- Newington Branch – Temporarily closed.
- Hartford Hospital Branch – limited access. Check Hartford Healthcare’s website for building access restrictions. We are limiting the number of members inside the branch to TWO (2). Please wait in the hallway if there are two members inside the branch.
Please note that the Newington Branch is not staffed. DO NOT LEAVE PHONE MESSAGES OR ANY REQUESTS IN DROP BOX OR UNDER DOOR. The ATM outside the branch continues to be operational.
When visiting a branch, please practice social distancing (min. 6′) while in our branches.
Our online banking, mobile app, ATM network, and debit card network allow you access to your account 24/7 without visiting a branch. Call 860-547-0027, option #2 to enroll in our e-services.
